Face-to-Face
Before presenting you with a bid for your basement finish, we’ll schedule an in-home visit to discuss the design elements you hope to incorporate into your new design. We measure, sketch, and take detailed notes so that we can prepare a bid that is both accurate and optimal for your space. We note the styles of hardware and fixtures already installed in your home and include similar finishes in our bid so that your new basement will look like a natural extension of your existing home, rather than a tacked-on afterthought.
Not the Commonplace
Many home remodel companies send their clients to big-box stores to select flooring, counter tops, and cabinets, which is fine—if you want a big-box basement. At Sheffield, however, we believe our clients want an array of quality selections from which to choose, and deserve to work with design professionals who can help guide them through the process in a Design Center setting. What’s more, our standard finishes are of a quality that—should you opt to not upgrade a single item—you’ll still end up with a beautiful finished basement. On a budget? No problem. We’ll show you how to maximize impact for the amount you have to spend.

Here you’ll see project timelines and schedules, contact information for your project superintendent and office personnel, and messaging/approvals for change orders or any project-related questions.
