completely hidden from view from the main living space.

The large living space—though furnished with a couch, two chairs, and a coffee table—doesn’t feel crowded, as the entrance to the basement at the foot of the stairs is open and spacious.

A perfectly-scaled wet bar is tucked neatly behind the seating area, with room for upper and lower cabinets, open shelving, generous counter space, and beverage chiller.

The inviting guest room, situated away from the center of action in the rec room, provides quiet respite for friends and family.

An attached three-quarter bath is conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and hallway,

making it handy for a quick shower after your morning workout.
